I completed an internship and an additional traineeship at the DMC Poland computer service. There, I acquired skills in troubleshooting computer hardware issues and maintaining such devices. I also interned at Appfinity, where I worked on writing website elements in HTML5 and JavaScript using the React.js library and the Node.js platform. Currently, I work as a Junior IT Support Specialist at M3 Group sp. z o.o., where I handle IT system administration, computer network management, troubleshooting, and IT infrastructure development. In my job, I am responsible for:

  • Computer Workstation Configuration:
    • Installation and configuration of computer hardware.
    • Deployment of software in accordance with company standards.
  • Windows and Linux Systems Administration:
    • Configuration and maintenance of Windows and Linux operating systems.
    • System updates and performance monitoring.
  • Server Administration and Configuration:
    • Monitoring server performance.
    • Installing updates and managing user permissions.
  • Network Installation and Configuration:
    • Configuring network infrastructure components.
    • Ensuring network stability and security.
  • Technical Troubleshooting:
    • Diagnosing and resolving technical issues reported by users.
    • Providing IT support to employees.
  • Ensuring IT Continuity:
    • Monitoring systems and devices to prevent failures.
    • Proactively addressing potential issues.
  • Preparation and updating of documentation
During my internships and traineeships, I was responsible for:
  • Repair of computers, laptops, printers, and other computer equipment.
  • Configuration of printers and peripheral devices.
  • Installation, updates, and configuration of Microsoft Windows operating systems.
  • Installation and configuration of various software (e.g., Microsoft 365, ESET).
  • Setting up new computer workstations.
  • Handling customer support tickets.
  • Maintenance, expansion, and administration of computer networks (LAN).
  • Writing HTML5 webpage elements.
  • Crafting footers for email messages.
  • Scripting and developing elements in JavaScript utilizing React.js and Node.js libraries.
  • Generating charts for webpages using JavaScript.
